Perkly is a public leaderboard where founders list a startup and supporters pay to move that startup up the board. Rank is determined by cumulative support on the selected board — overall or a specific category.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

• A one-time listing fee of $5 applies per startup.
• You must own or be authorised to represent the startup and its brand assets.
• Listings must be accurate, working and free of misleading claims.
• We may reject or remove a listing that is spam, illegal, deceptive or offensive.

Support payments are voluntary contributions that increase a startup's position on the board. They are not investments, donations to a registered charity, purchases of equity, or a promise of any product, service or return. Rank can change at any time as others contribute.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. Of each supporter payment, 90% is allocated to the founder and 10% is retained by Perkly as a platform fee. Founder balances are settled monthly, after the close of the calendar month, to the payout details provided by the founder. Accurate payout details are the founder's responsibility.

• No fraudulent, stolen or disputed payment methods.
• No manipulation of ranking through chargebacks or payment abuse.
• No illegal, hateful, adult or malicious content in listings or messages.
• No scraping, automated abuse or attempts to bypass platform security.

You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant Perkly a licence to display it on the site and in promotional material about the leaderboard.

Perkly is provided "as is". We do not verify or endorse the startups listed and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from dealings with a listed startup, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Perkly after an update means you accept the revised terms.
