Refund policy

Perkly operates a strict no-refund policy. The $5 listing fee and every supporter payment are non-refundable once confirmed, including if you later remove your listing, change your mind, or your rank drops because other startups receive more support.

Support is delivered instantly — the payment is applied to the board and reflected in the ranking the moment it is confirmed, and the founder's share is committed to the next monthly payout. That value cannot be reversed once it is on the board.

If you are charged twice for the same payment, or money is taken but no support or listing appears, contact us within 14 days. Verified duplicate or failed transactions are corrected.

If a listing is removed for breaking our terms, no refund is issued to the founder or to supporters. Where a listing is removed through our own error, we will restore it.

Raising a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in the listing being delisted and the account being suspended. Please reach out first — we respond quickly.
